Martha@That’s Fit says we should pick ten healthy things and do them everyday. Hell, even Crabby@Cranky Fitness took the time to make a list. Since I love a challenge, I thought I’d think up one for myself. I currently don’t do these everyday, but a girl’s gotta have a goal, right?
1. Stop with the diet soda and replace it with water or tea or even a little bit of coffee or hot chocolate.
2. Make sure that some of that tea is green or white.
3. Eat mostly fruit and veggies.
4. Keep the protein as lean as possible.
5. Whole grains. Fiber. Whole grains. Fiber.
6. Resist the candy bowl on my boss’ desk.
7. Move for at least an hour everyday.
8. Sing in the car, in the shower and any other time it’ll make you smile.
9. Go to bed on time.
10. Cut back on the packaged stuff in favor of real food.

Great list!
So are there actually calories in candy that you don’t purchase yourself and aren’t guilty of really choosing, even if you only eat one or tow and it’s partly to be polite? I always thought those didn’t count. Sort of like free samples in the grocery store.
Damn.
(And thanks, btw!)

Crap. “Two” not “tow.”
