I hereby decree it illegal to leave your car in the gasoline pump bay AFTER you’ve filled your car. Please park your car in the parking spaces if you need a snack because I don’t have time for you and your snack-gettin’ antics.

I agree 100%. Where do I sign? When is the vote to ratify?
Can I add a rider? I think it should also be illegal to pause at the top or bottom of a flight of stairs/escalator and decide which direction you’re going to go. Not only is it moderately rude, but it’s also potentially dangerous. We’re doing this for your own good, folks.

Nicely put. I always use a credit or debit card when I gas up. That way, I fill up and leave, so no one behind me has to wait any longer than absolutely necessary.
